Chloe’s mom contacted me in a fluster.  Due to unforeseen circumstances, she was not able to get Chloe’s newborn images taken right after birth. Now, here she was 3 1/2 weeks old already.   Fortunately, we were able to get her in for a session the day after she called me.  While talking to her on the phone I said that I couldn’t “promise” those sweet sleepy newborn images that I usually capture within the first 2 weeks of life.   The longer than babies are out of the womb, the harder they are to get to sleep during their session and the more difficult they are to pose.  This was NOT the case with Chloe.

While she certainly needed a good long feeding, after she ate she was out.  She was a dream to work with and between her creamy pale-pink skin and her long blonde eyelashes, she looked like a doll.   I am so glad that we were able to capture these images for her family and friends!
