I know I say this after every 1 year session, but they are so bitter-sweet for me.   I love being able to see baby’s grown throughout their first year and seeing them every few months is always such a fun experience.   While the one year session is fun with cake and lots of new found mobility, I also know that it is a closing of a chapter with my time with them.   Fortunately, I know I will get to see Owen a lot of them next few years, as his older brother Micah is friends with my daughter and we have play dates with their family regularly.   I have to say though, I will miss capturing Owen’s sweet charm and innocence.  Hopefully I will get to see him for a mini-session or two in the next few years 🙂
